Yeah It's finally year-end holiday which everyone waited for so so so long ..
This holiday ..
i will finished it by improving myself & training camp
last year i was jz a member ...
this year i am a PL .
i have to lead all my members to fight for tc ..
i ... feel lazy to lead during the beginning .. cuz i was tired ..
and so .. i feel myself useless as a leader .. i didnt do things well ..
soon ,
i am much interested to lead them ^^ .
juz peace and face everything ..
hahahs ..
try ur best ..
train everything that u weak at ...
i , myself ... are very bad at drawing and art work ..
during the preparation .. i had tried to draw ...
though i never draw things well ..
but this time it really improved ..
it's much clearer and nicer ..
besides , i had oso been drawing on a flag instead of a paper ...
draw on the flag is much enjoyable ...
i have the power and confident to draw next time =)
furthermore .. my communicate is really sucks ...
what thing that i told my members and ps they sensed nothing =.=
have to practise this more ..
communication have much improved because i wont feel shy to talk to girls hahas
becuz we have to cooperate with girl members ...
keep on improving yr own .. practise more ^^
gambateh .. for improving and training yrself . u have to train ur mental and physical too..
God had arranged this opportunity for u to bring urself better .
